I live at the intersection of telecom, technology, education, and AI — and I've spent 17 years building what didn't exist yet: partnerships, pipelines, and markets from the ground up. I've been called a trailblazer, and I'll own that: there's nothing I enjoy more than launching something from scratch — building a telecom network in a highly competitive market, training teams for market penetration, and scaling organizations for growth.
I build revenue-generating partnerships from scratch — scaling enterprise telecom and technology businesses from zero to recurring revenue, closing strategic alliances with global carriers, defense contractors, and government agencies across the Indo-Pacific, and securing US federal and multilateral grants spanning commercial infrastructure and media freedom advocacy. I co-founded an AI venture accelerator that has trained 2,000+ professionals across four continents, which reflects how I work: I don't just open doors, I build the room. Whether it's a new market, a new product, or a new ecosystem — I start from the ground up and stay until it grows.

The engagement covered the end-to-end business launch: product definition, pricing strategy, sales motion, revenue operations, CRM implementation, and a formal partner program.
A US defense contractor required a Private 5G deployment for a defense industrial base facility in the Indo-Pacific. The engagement required navigating both US defense procurement expectations and complex regional operational realities — bridging two markets in a single deal. Business development, stakeholder engagement across US federal agencies, and contract closure were led end-to-end.
The US Trade and Development Agency funds feasibility studies for infrastructure projects that align with US foreign policy priorities. Winning USTDA support requires navigating a complex federal process, demonstrating strategic alignment, and producing a proposal that can withstand government-level scrutiny. The full grant process was led from initial agency engagement through to award.
Strengthening enterprise offerings requires partnerships with global telecom carriers and technology companies — a network of strategic allies who can open doors and expand capabilities. A partner ecosystem spanning carriers, technology firms, and systems integrators across the US, Asia, and Europe was identified, negotiated, and onboarded.
